Will I get fined for accidentally running a red light?

I just passed my test a month ago. Today I was driving back from college and it had snowed a lot in the day and it was really busy with a queue several miles long in the other direction to which I was going. Anyway I got to a pelican crossing and there was a red light, so I stopped. It turned red amber so I went to go but stalled. I restarted my engine quickly and set off but as I was going I saw the light was suddenly red with pedestrians crossing on the other side of the road. Will I have been photographed and will i get a �60 fine and 3 points on my licence?
