Kayaking troubles ...?10pts for first answer!?

is the Pelican Apex 100 Sit-On-Top Kayak 10' a good kayak for a bayou with not many waves and a huge adventuring area? will also take it to beach cus i live in florida,any research info or experience details would be helpful.
