How can you keep the condom from unrolling all the way when you use it?

Everytime I put one on it rolls out more while I'm in the act and I feel really inadequate because I end up with this whole other half of the condom just flapping around that my penis can't fill and it sort of turns me off. How can I keep it from unrolling like that?
