Im really worried about myself...?

Okay im not trying to sound weird but my Vagina has been REALLY itchy. So I looked and there is like white dots when you first like open up those flaps of you private part. Im 13 and I have NEVER had sex. But im really worried somethings wrong with me. Also when I squeezed one of the little white things like puss or something cam out. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
