What can I do about this baby crow?

There's a small crow hopping around in my yard that doesn't appear to know how to fly. It'll jump a bit, and try to flap it's wings, but I don't think it can do more than that. I'm pretty sure that it's nest is in a tree overhanging my yard, and I'm not sure it can get back up. If anyone even tries to go near our yard, one of the older crows will swoop down and attack your head, so it's too dangerous to get down into the yard.
