I'm about 20 years old, so this was probably from the 80s or 90s. When I was younger I remember watching this epic cartoon movie about a tugboat. He's all dirty and run down, and then he gets nicely cleaned up and in ship shape. I also remember him going to save some one/thing, on an island where a volcano erupts and they must escape the lava. There was a crazy trippy pelican thing too, like a commercial for pelican snacks and it was all different bright colors and pelicans acting like zombies and moving around the screen. I wish I remembered more, this has been bothering me for a while hahah please help me figure out what movie this is!
