I orderd a shirt on FLI PELICAN and i need help?

Ok i orderd this shirt on march 12,2011 and paypal send me an receipt . When i orderd another shirt i've recieved the receipt and the item have shipped your item from paypal . So what should i do ? I send an email to the website at 5 am and the didnt respond yet.
