Well, in this particular case the easiest thing to do is replace X for 0 to find value of Y. For example, in 2x+5y=10, replace x with 0. so 2(0)+5y=10 the 2 cancels out so you have 5y=10 divide 5 by each side and you get one point on the graph (0,2) however you need two coordinate points to form a line, so now repeat the same steps but replace 0 with y instead of x.
